Job Description

Long term Care Nursing Facility in Tuscarawas County is currently looking for a Full Time Dietary Manager to lead our culinary team. Candidate must have long term care experience, strong work ethics, outstanding communication, multitasking skills and must have a true desire to provide exceptional care to our residents.
Job duties include:
preparing meals, kitchen sanitation, maintaining kitchen regulations and survey regulations and interacting with our residents on a daily basis. Summary In the role of Dietary Manager, you will oversee the dietary department within a long-term care facility, ensuring that residents receive optimal nutrition tailored to their health needs. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will utilize your management and leadership skills to supervise staff, develop care plans, and manage budgets effectively. Your expertise in nutrition and physiology will be essential in conducting patient assessments and implementing dietary strategies, including tube feeding when necessary. Strong communication skills will be vital for collaborating with healthcare teams and enhancing residents' overall well-being.
