Registered Dietitian Location:
Olmsted Falls, Ohio Schedule:
Full-time, Day shift/
Direct Hire Pay:
$70,000 to $80,000 a year, based on experience
Facility Type:
Long Term Care We are seeking a Registered Dietitian to join a long term care facility in the Olmsted Falls, OH area. This is a direct-hire position providing clinical nutrition services and dietary oversight in a long-term care environment. The RD will play a key role in resident care planning, regulatory compliance, and meal service quality. New graduates are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities Complete nutritional assessments and care plans Review and approve therapeutic diets and menu changes Monitor food preferences, allergies, and cultural needs Evaluate meal quality, presentation, and food safety standards Collaborate with the Dietary Manager on recipe adjustments and food ordering Provide training and support to dietary staff Maintain accurate documentation per regulatory standards Participate in interdisciplinary care meetings Support compliance with state and federal dietary guidelines What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or related field Registered and Licensed Dietitian in Ohio (must be current) 1+ year of experience in long-term care preferred, but new grads welcome Strong documentation, time management, and collaboration skills Ability to pass all state and federal background checks What We Offer License renewal reimbursement Daily pay 401(k) with employer match Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Generous PTO plan Holiday pay
