Position Summary Garden Springs Healthcare is seeking an experienced Corporate Dietitian to provide clinical nutrition leadership and oversight across multiple facilities. This role supports dietary and clinical teams to ensure regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, and resident satisfaction while advancing best practices in nutrition services. The Corporate Dietitian serves as a key clinical resource, collaborating with facility leadership, dietary managers, and interdisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities Provide corporate-level clinical nutrition oversight for multiple healthcare facilities Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to nutrition services Support survey readiness and participate in mock surveys, audits, and plan-of-correction development Develop, implement, and standardize nutrition policies, procedures, and best practices Provide education, training, and mentorship to Registered Dietitians, dietary managers, and food service staff Review and analyze clinical outcomes, weight trends, and nutrition-related quality indicators Collaborate with clinical leadership on resident care plans, performance improvement initiatives, and risk management Assist with menu planning, therapeutic diets, and special nutrition programs as needed Travel to facilities throughout Ohio as required Qualifications Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential required Active Ohio licensure (or ability to obtain) required Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in long-term care, healthcare, or multi-site clinical nutrition services required Prior corporate, regional, or consulting dietitian experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and survey process Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Ohio What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, etc.) Supportive leadership and collaborative work environment Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Meaningful work impacting resident care across multiple communities How to Apply Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their resume.
