Clinical Dietitian Make a Difference Every Day $30.00 to $35.00 per hour | Based on Experience St. Leonard is seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Clinical Dietitian to join our team. This position plays an important role in promoting the health, nutrition, and quality of life of our residents. What You'll Do Complete nutritional assessments and develop appropriate care plans. Monitor residents with weight loss and other high nutritional risks. Provide nutritional support for residents with specialized dietary needs. Review MDS assessments, weights, and care plans. Collaborate with nursing, dietary, and other members of the care team. Provide education to dietary and nursing staff. Monitor food safety, sanitation, menus, and dining services. Participate in quality improvement and regulatory compliance activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Dietetics from an accredited university. Registered Dietitian credential. Ohio State Licensure required. Long-term care experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Compassionate approach with a commitment to quality resident care.
