Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate nutritional status, including medical history, dietary habits, and physiological factors Develop and implement individualized care plans that align with medical diagnoses and treatment goals Provide expert counseling on nutrition topics such as weight management, disease prevention, and specialized diets like tube feeding or geriatrics care Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting nutrition strategies as needed to optimize outcomes Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams—including physicians and fitness coaches Utilize Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems efficiently for documentation, tracking progress, and reporting outcomes Educate patients on healthy eating habits, lifestyle modifications, and long-term wellness strategies through health coaching techniques Conduct diagnostic evaluations related to nutrition deficiencies or metabolic concerns to inform treatment plans Experience Proven experience as a Registered Dietitian in a wellness center with a focus on lifestyle medicine, gut health and athletic performance. Demonstrated knowledge of physiology relevant to nutrition assessment and intervention strategies Supervising experience within a dietary department is highly desirable Hands-on experience with dietary management for weight loss programs and chronic disease management Proficiency in using EMR systems for documentation and patient tracking Join us in delivering exceptional nutritional care that transforms lives!
