Job Description

This is a part-time position. Provide nutritional assessments and education for Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) clients. Develop nutrition education materials and conduct classes for MNT. Implement, monitor, and adhere to the policies and procedures established by Morton Comprehensive Health Services.
Job Qualifications:
Masters' degree in Nutrition/Dietectics Knowledge of nutrition and its relationship to all life states Experience in office methods and practices which includes use of a computer and work like that of the Medical Nutrition Therapy. Bilingual skills helpful Registered (RD) as a dietician with the Commission of Dietetic Registration License (LD) by the State of Oklahoma Board of Medical Examiners Attain food handlers card
Working Conditions:
Work is performed in a clinical environment Must be able to lift a minimum of 15 pounds; and occasionally up to 25 pounds Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time. Possess the ability to bend, lift, and climb stairs Work may involve some exposures to operating circumstances that require following standard safety precautions This position has been demed a "safety-sensitive" position; therefore, Morton reserves the right to refuse to hire an applicant or may terminate any employee in a "safety-sensitive" position who tests positive for medical marijuana even if he/she has a valid medical marijuana license.
