Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments to determine nutritional needs and develop individualized diet plans
• Provide dietary counseling and education to patients and their families
• Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and adjust diet plans as necessary
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition
• Document patient interactions and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or a related field
• Registered Dietitian (RD) certification
• Experience in tube feeding and diagnostic evaluation preferred
• Strong knowledge of medical nutrition therapy and dietary guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
