Job Description

Now hiring Clinical Registered Dietitian We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Dietitian to coordinate nutritional care for long term and sub-acute care patients.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting nutrition assessments, participating in care plan meetings, providing education to patients and families, obtaining food preferences, and providing support. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and familiarity with DOH regulations/standards, the state survey process, electronic medical records, Microsoft Office, MDS 3.0, knowledge of Geri-menu.
