The Clinical Dietitian Coordinator plans, delivers, and evaluates comprehensive nutrition care for patients across all age groups, in alignment with medical and surgical diagnoses and established medical nutrition therapy and nutrition support standards. The Lead Dietician functions as an integral member of the multidisciplinary healthcare team, collaborating to develop, coordinate, implement, and assess individualized nutrition care plans that support optimal patient outcomes. In addition to clinical responsibilities, the Lead Dietitian devotes approximately 20% of their role to providing administrative and staff support to Clinical Nutrition Manager (CNM), contributing to departmental operations, staff coordination, and quality initiatives. Position-Specific Benefits include:

Position:
Lead Registered Dietitian Shift:
Monday - Friday; Day Shift with monthly Saturday rotation
Experience:
Five years of experience as a clinical dietitian preferred.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree granted by an accredited college/university PLUS completion of a CDR-accredited didactic program/internship or coordinated program. •For new hires/graduates after 01/01/2024.•
Licensures/Certifications:
Registered Dietitian status with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND) required. Licensed as a Registered Dietitian in Pennsylvania required.
