Registered Dietitian Join our team at Richboro Rehabilitation & Nursing Center Richboro Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, a Skilled Nursing Facility in Richboro, Pennsylvania, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full Time & Part Time Registered Dietitian to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in promoting the health and well-being of our residents by providing expert nutrition services. About the
Role:
As a Registered Dietitian at Richboro Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, you will be responsible for: Developing and implementing personalized nutrition plans for our residents, taking into account their medical history, dietary restrictions, and individual needs Conducting nutritional assessments and providing guidance to our care teams on resident nutritional care Collaborating with our healthcare team to develop and implement effective treatment plans that address the resident's overall health and well-being Educating residents, their families, and our care teams on proper nutrition and meal planning Participating in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest quality of care and services
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans for residents Conduct nutritional assessments and provide guidance to care teams Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans Educate residents, families, and care teams on proper nutrition and meal planning Participate in quality improvement initiatives Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident nutrition plans and assessments
Requirements:
Earned Bachelor's degree in dietetics, nutrition, or a related field Completed dietetic internship or other approved practice program Registered Dietitian (RD) certification
