Job Description

Selinsgrove State Centre, a state residential facility serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to join our care team. What you'll do: Assess nutritional needs and build individualized nutrition care plans Manage modified-texture diets, dysphagia, and enteral nutrition Document assessments and outcomes in the medical record Partner with the interdisciplinary treatment team on nutrition recommendations Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards What you'll need: Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) in good standing PA Licensed Dietitian-Nutritionist (LDN), or eligible before start Bachelor's degree in Dietetics/Nutrition (Master's a plus) 2+ years clinical experience; long-term-care or ID/DD experience preferred Ability to pass required background clearances

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, day shift. On-site.

Pay:

$40.00 - $43.00 per hour
