Conduct nutrition assessments, care planning, and monitoring Provide education and counseling to residents, families, and staff Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident care plans Ensure compliance with regulatory and dietary standards Support both Skilled Nursing and Personal Care populations Travel & Coverage as a

Travel across 6 locations in the following areas: York, Hanover and Chambersburg Qualifications of a

Registered Dietitian :

Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or related field Completion of accredited dietetic program/internship (1200+ hours) Registered Dietitian (RD) (or eligible within 90 days) PA Licensed Dietitian-Nutritionist (LDN) Strong attention to detail and communication skills Why Join Concordia?
