Microsoft Teams Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) to provide comprehensive clinical nutrition care to patients. The ideal candidate will have recent experience in an acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, or LTACH setting and be comfortable working with complex nutritional needs. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and complete Nutrition-Focused Physical Exams (NFPE) . Develop nutrition diagnoses and individualized nutrition care plans. Provide nutrition interventions, counseling, and patient/family education. Manage and monitor enteral and parenteral nutrition . Monitor patient tolerance, nutritional intake, labs, and clinical outcomes. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Document nutrition assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record. Provide nutrition education and participate in clinical programs and department initiatives. Maintain professional standards and comply with organizational policies. Requirements Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR). Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dietetics or related field, based on current CDR requirements. Minimum 1 year of recent full-time RD experience within the past 5 years in: Acute care Nursing home Inpatient rehabilitation LTACH Candidates with 1 year of less-recent experience may be considered case-by-case. Recent acute care or inpatient rehab/LTACH experience required. Experience completing NFPE . Experience with enteral and parenteral nutrition . Strong communication, computer, and clinical documentation skills. Ability to work independently and effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Preferred Advanced Practice Certification.
