Join the Reliant HCS Team Reliant HCS is seeking an experienced and motivated Corporate Dietitian / Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) to oversee nutrition services for four Skilled Nursing Facilities throughout South Carolina . This leadership role is ideal for a nutrition professional who is passionate about improving resident outcomes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting dietary teams across multiple locations. As a Corporate Dietitian/CDM, you will collaborate with facility leadership, interdisciplinary teams, and dietary departments to promote exceptional resident care, maintain survey readiness, and implement best practices in food service and clinical nutrition. Essential Responsibilities Provide corporate oversight and support for dietary departments at four skilled nursing facilities. Ensure compliance with CMS, state, and federal regulations governing dietary and nutrition services. Conduct routine facility visits, dietary audits, and quality assurance reviews. Review resident nutritional assessments, care plans, and documentation for accuracy and compliance. Provide education, coaching, and mentorship to Dietary Managers and dietary staff. Assist facilities with survey preparation, survey response, and plans of correction. Evaluate menus for nutritional adequacy, therapeutic diets, and regulatory compliance. Monitor food service operations, sanitation, and infection prevention standards. Collaborate with clinical and administrative leadership to improve resident satisfaction and nutritional outcomes. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices across all assigned facilities. Qualifications Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) or Certified Dietary Manager (CDM, CFPP) with significant long-term care experience. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute care. Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, F-Tag requirements, MDS, and nutrition standards. Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel regularly between four South Carolina facilities. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical record systems. Preferred Qualifications Multi-facility or corporate consulting experience. Experience leading survey readiness initiatives and regulatory compliance programs. Background in quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI).
