We emphasize on personalized care plans that respect individual preferences, cultural backgrounds, and health goals. Services include medical nutrition therapy, weight management support, physical activity coaching, women's health and more. We are looking for a Registered Dietitian (RD) to join our team as a part-time employee, with the potential for full-time employment in 2027 as the practice grows. Duties The RD is a Part-time, Hybrid, based in Charlotte, NC, responsible for delivering individualized nutrition care to a diverse population group.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Providing individualized nutrition counseling and medical nutrition therapy as appropriate
• Completing nutrition assessments, care plans, and clinical documentation
• Counseling adults on chronic disease prevention and management, including diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, cardiometabolic health, obesity, and weight management
• Supporting clients/patients with women's health and prenatal/postpartum nutrition as appropriate
• Providing practical, sustainable recommendations tailored to each client's health goals, lifestyle, and cultural food preferences
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation and professional communication with clients and healthcare providers
• Participate in monthly clinical audit/check-in meetings and ongoing professional development

Qualifications Required:

• RD/RDN credential in good standing
• Active North Carolina dietitian/nutritionist license
• At least 1 year experience providing nutrition counseling
• Experience with or strong clinical interest in chronic disease prevention/management and obesity/weight management and women's health
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical reasoning skills
• Comfortable providing both in-person and virtual counseling

• Part-time W-2 employee: 2 days/week initially
• Hybrid schedule: 1 in-person day + 1 remote day

• Salary:

  $45-55/hr or $37,440
• 45,760 a year, based on experience and qualifications
• Potential for increased hours and full-time employment with benifits in 2027 Schedule In-Person Days
