Review EN/PN orders for safety, appropriateness, formulary compliance, and reimbursement. Evaluate patients for home parenteral nutrition and support therapy coordination. Monitor labs, clinical data, and patient progress and recommend interventions. Participate in and lead PN discussions with pharmacy and nursing. Educate patients and caregivers on nutrition therapy. Document clinical assessments, interventions, and progress. Serve as a nutrition expert and liaison between providers, customers, and internal teams.
