NutriTech is looking for a Consulting Registered Dietitian to join our growing team. We have an opening in Andover, Ohio 2-3 days a week at a skilled nursing facility. If need full-time you could combine with one of our other accounts. Dietitian must be able to go into the facility, but position DOES include remote as well (50% remote). LTC experience is preferred but willing to provide on-site and remote training Pay is VERY competitive! Responsibilities Provide ongoing nutrition support to staff and residents Complete high risk nutrition assessments after reviewing documents and speaking with resident, family and the healthcare team Implement dietary care plans Survey assistance Provide nutrition consultation to residents, staff and families on nutrition principles, diet modifications and any risks/concerns Skills and Qualifications Registered and licensed dietitian must have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently or with members of the healthcare team Dietitian must have ability to effectively communicate with residents and/ or their families Dietitian must be Registered with CDR Long Term Care Experience preferred with a comprehensive knowledge of Section K on MDS, Completing resident/ patient assessments and Care Plans Knowledge of State and Federal Guidelines for long term care facilties

Pay:

Up to $45.00 per hour
