Qualifications :
RD/RDN Credential Ability to counsel and educate clients Displays pursuit of specialization in eating disorders, or holds the CEDS credential Interest in working with eating disorders and disordered eating (children and teens in particular) Has experience working in inpatient or outpatient eating disorder setting (i.e. ED treatment center, ED clients in a group outpatient practice)
Responsibilities :
Maintain an appropriate caseload of clients, meeting weekly, every other week or monthly Schedule client follow up sessions Attend weekly team meetings (Tuesdays 9-10am) Flexibility in creative roles such as leading groups and classes Networking with other professionals in the community Working with all ages on an individual level Working with families Ongoing professional development Charting and faxing notes to team members in a timely manner

Bamboo Nutrition LLC is seeking a part-time (10-15 client-facing hr/wk) dietitian to join its growing group practice in Columbia, MO. We are looking to fill this position sometime in Summer or Fall 2026. Ideally this person has experience working with all ages in an eating disorder setting (inpatient or outpatient) and is pursuing specialization in this area (CEDS, supervision, or CEUs). This person must have a passion for Health At Every Size and be able to provide care to clients from this lens. Bamboo Nutrition LLC currently provides individual nutrition counseling for eating disorders, disorder eating, and chronic disease management in adolescents and adults, using evidence and strength-based approaches from Intuitive Eating and Health At Every Size. The owner of Bamboo Nutrition LLC will provide marketing, electronic health record, insurance billing capabilities, a fully-furnished office, printer/copier/fax, phone, office supplies, wireless internet and ongoing supervision and support as needed or desired. Bamboo Nutrition LLC will assist in providing referrals, however it is expected that the potential candidate will also market to their niche within Columbia and surrounding areas. The potential candidate needs to be a licensed registered dietitian nutritionist in the State of Missouri (RDN). An ability and interest in providing family or group nutrition therapy services would also be a plus. The dietitian's responsibilities would include providing individual nutrition counseling, billing for each session and processing payment, and attending weekly team meetings and case consultations. The ideal candidate would work well in collaboration with a team, be interpersonally comfortable and warm, and interested in a long-term position within a growing, supportive group practice. Professionalism, excellent therapeutic boundaries, cultural-competency, self-motivation and self-awareness, and good organizational and time-management skills are essential.
