Job Description

Nutritionist - Social Care Assessments (Hybrid) Supportive Futures Foundation is seeking a licensed Nutritionist to conduct Social Care Assessments for members throughout New York State.
Qualifications:
Active New York State Nutritionist license required Experience working with diverse populations preferred Bilingual (Spanish, Haitian Creole, Yiddish, or other languages) strongly preferred Excellent communication and documentation skills
