•in person/hybrid availability. Open to working with ages 5+. Have afternoon and early evening availability some days weekly (negotiable)

Requirements:

CDR

•accredited and in good standing State licensure

•NC and SC At least one year in clinical or HLOC Job duties: See caseload of minimum 22 clients per week with additional administrative hours. Providing high quality care for clients. Availability to collaborate with other members of care team . Attend supervision and team meetings. Must be available for hybrid work (South Charlotte, virtual.) Must have range of flexible hours to begin as caseload is building.
