The ideal candidate will provide evidence-based nutrition counseling and education to a diverse clientele, empowering them to achieve their health and wellness goals. This is a per diem position offering flexible hours and the opportunity to make a positive impact in the community.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop individualized nutrition plans. Provide one-on-one nutrition counseling. Collaborate with clients to establish realistic and achievable health goals. Monitor client progress and adjust nutrition plans as needed. Stay current on the latest nutrition research and trends. Maintain accurate and detailed client records.

Qualifications:

Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential. Active licensure in the state of Connecticut. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong passion for nutrition and promoting healthy lifestyles. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with electronic health records (EHR) preferred.
