Job Description
Capistrano Beach Care Center, a 93 bed skilled nursing facility, is looking for a part-time Registered Dietician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a skilled nursing facility setting as a Registered Dietician and have great customer service skills. The RD will be responsible for, but not limited to: Reviewing all current and new admissions to evaluate nutritional needs. Visiting residents at bedside and completing Resident Nutritional assessments timely Care planining Evaluating weekly and monthly weights Participating in and providing recommendations to weight variance committee. Perform routine kitchen sanitation rounds/inspections. Provide in-service education to dietary personnel as needed. Please apply on-line, walk-ins welcome.
