ed Dietitian 2 Sodexo is seeking a full-time or two part-time Dietitians to join the Nutrition Services team at Carroll Lutheran Home, a 72-bed continuing care retirement community in Westminster, MD, conveniently located just 40 minutes from Baltimore.

In this role, you'll spearhead menu and recipe innovation that meets strategic objectives, delights customers, and ensures smooth operational delivery through teamwork, ingenuity, and attention to detail.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.
Pay Range:

  • Develop and plan Sodexo-branded menu systems to align with strategic culinary goals.
  • Lead recipe creation and raw material development to support menu innovation and consistency.
  • Manage food cost strategies to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.
  • Provide technical expertise to operations and training teams on culinary systems and quality assurance.
  • Act as a liaison for consumer insights, ensuring menu development reflects customer preferences.
  • Support the development of recipes and menus for retail concepts across various segments.
  • Collaborate with technical departments to ensure alignment with culinary standards and operational requirements.
