Job Description
$47 - $49 per hour 20-25 Hours/week | Starting ASAP for a 1-year duration Remote telehealth position Outpatient counseling and telehealth experience preferred, bilingual with either Spanish or Cantonese fluency a plus Weekdays/daytime hours preferred Clinical duties only Dietitians On Demand has an exciting new remote opportunity! This role will be working with patients on Medicaid, often with low health literacy and experiencing a variety of medical conditions alongside food insecurity. Weekdays/daytime hours preferred for this position. Key Duties Provide personalized nutrition counseling and medical nutrition therapy for various medical conditions for low income level patients Assess and provide recommendations for adult patients Utilize behavior modification strategies and techniques to optimal nutrition counseling Evaluate achievement of learning objectives and provide appropriate treatment plan in accordance with patient goals Utilize nutrition-related information systems and/or patient medical record systems to successfully document recommendations and progress Demonstrates accountability for the proper use of patients' protected health information Ability to perform work independently with minimal training Required Licenses/Certifications Current Registered Dietitian credentialed by CDR If you're looking for better work-life balance, consider consulting.
