Job Description

Looking for a Registered Dietitian for a part time clinical position (16 hours per week; one day remote), flexible hours, hybrid remote. Minimum 2 years experience at a nursing home, responsible for clinical assessment of new and high risk residents, must have understanding of MDS, CAA's and care planning. Responsible for new admissions, annual, significant changes. Pay is negotiable depending on experience. Mileage is reimbursed.
