Community Connections, LLC is seeking a dedicated, full-time Dietitian to join our dynamic interdisciplinary treatment team. You will support clients on their journey to long-term recovery from disordered eating, diagnosed eating disorders, and co-occurring mental health conditions. We offer a collaborative, supportive team environment where your clinical expertise directly shapes client care across our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Residential Behavioral Health Residential Facility (BHRF), with opportunities for hybrid remote work. Mission-Driven Impact:

Contribute directly to family education, therapeutic meal support, and long-term community reintegration. Key Responsibilities & Clinical Focus Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized service plans (ISPs) and tailored meal plans. Provide individual and group nutrition therapy and psychoeducation. Facilitate experiential skills building, including meal planning, meal prep, and therapeutic meal support. Provide education, guidance, and support to clients' families throughout the recovery journey. Collaborate closely with the clinical team on case reviews, care coordination, and discharge planning. Provide ongoing nutritional training and guidance to Behavioral Health Technicians. Maintain timely, compliant documentation following ethical and facility standards.

Position Requirements Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a closely related field.

Credentials:

Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) status preferred or eligible.

Clearance:

Ability to obtain and maintain an Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Experience:

Background or clinical interest in eating disorders and behavioral health treatment preferred.

Skills:
