Job Description

Job Summary We're Hiring:
Registered Dietitian (Eating Disorders) The Journey Therapy is seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and experienced Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) to join our multidisciplinary team specializing in the treatment of eating disorders. We are looking for a clinician who is passionate about helping individuals build a healthy relationship with food, body, and self through evidence-based, weight-inclusive care. Position Responsibilities Facilitate nutrition-focused psychoeducational and process groups within our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Provide individual nutrition assessments and counseling for adolescents and adults with eating disorders Collaborate closely with therapists, medical providers, and treatment team members to develop individualized treatment plans Lead experiential nutrition activities, including supported meals, grocery store outings, restaurant meals, cooking experiences, and food exposure exercises Monitor nutritional progress and communicate treatment recommendations with the multidisciplinary team Document clinical services in a timely and professional manner Provide nutrition education to clients and families when appropriate Qualifications Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) with current licensure/registration Minimum of 2 years of experience treating eating disorders (preferred) Experience with anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, ARFID, and disordered eating Knowledge of Family-Based Treatment (FBT), CBT-E, ACT, DBT, HAES®, Intuitive Eating, and weight-inclusive care is highly desirable Excellent interpersonal, communication, and group facilitation skills Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team Passion for supporting recovery through compassionate, client-centered care What We Offer A supportive, collaborative team environment Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in clients' recovery journeys Flexible scheduling Opportunities for professional growth and building your caseload for your private practice.
