We are currently hiring for two areas of focus:
Eating Disorder Dietitian:
Experience providing nutrition counseling to adolescents and adults with eating disorders and disordered eating.
General/MNT Dietitian:
Experience providing nutrition counseling for a variety of medical and general nutrition concerns, including weight management, gastrointestinal conditions, diabetes, women's health, sports nutrition, and chronic disease management. This is a hybrid position offering a combination of in-person care at our Eden Prairie and/or Maple Grove locations, with a minimum of two in-person days per week , along with telehealth services. Ideal Candidates Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with a minimum of a bachelor's degree Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian preferred Eating Disorder position: At least 1 year of experience working with eating disorders and/or disordered eating General/MNT position: Experience providing outpatient medical nutrition therapy across a variety of nutrition concerns Strong counseling and relationship-building skills with a client-centered, trauma-informed approach Comfortable collaborating with therapists, physicians, and other members of a client's treatment team Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently within a supportive private practice environment Motivated to build and maintain a consistent outpatient caseload Strong communication and documentation skills Position Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nutrition assessments and ongoing medical nutrition therapy Develop individualized nutrition recommendations, meal plans when appropriate, and client-centered nutrition goals Monitor clinical progress, including labs, vitals, weight trends, symptoms, and client-reported outcomes Complete timely and thorough clinical documentation in accordance with professional and organizational standards Coordinate care with therapists, physicians, specialists, and higher levels of care when appropriate Maintain continuity of care with an emphasis on client engagement, retention, and appropriate follow-up Lead or co-lead nutrition groups as assigned Contribute to the development and review of nutrition education materials Support interns or students as assigned Participate in marketing, outreach, referral development, and community education as needed Compensation This position begins with a salary-based compensation structure while the dietitian builds an active caseload. Once the dietitian has established a caseload of at least 30 active clients , compensation transitions to a productivity-based model: $50-$55 per hour for direct client care, based on experience and qualifications $25 per hour for approved administrative responsibilities outside of direct client care The initial salary structure is designed to provide greater income stability while the dietitian becomes credentialed with insurance plans and builds a consistent outpatient caseload.
