What You'll Do:
Providing clinical nutrition services to residents while collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team. Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop individualized nutrition care plans. Provide medical nutrition therapy to improve patient health, recovery, and quality of life through the power of Food as Medicine. Manage nutrition support for tube feeding, dialysis, wound healing, weight management, and other specialized nutrition needs. Monitor residents' nutritional status and recommend appropriate interventions. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Provide nutrition education to patients, families, and facility staff. Who Should Apply?
