About the Role We are seeking a Registered Dietitian with a strong interest in functional and integrative medicine to join a growing multidisciplinary healthcare practice. You'll work directly with patients dealing with complex chronic health conditions while collaborating with physicians and other clinical providers. This is an opportunity to develop your functional medicine expertise through hands-on patient care, mentorship, and continuing education. What You'll Do Conduct follow-up and nutrition support visits with patients. Help implement therapeutic diets, gut health protocols, and individualized nutrition plans. Review patient medical histories, labs, medications, and supplements through the EMR. Collaborate with physicians and other providers to incorporate clinical findings into nutrition strategies. Provide patient education, accountability, and portal messaging support. Assist with meal planning and nutrition care plans. Develop nutrition education materials, classes, seminars, and wellness programs. Support group programs and contribute to educational content. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and help coordinate patient care.

What We're Looking For Required:

Registered Dietitian (RD) credential. Strong interest in functional/integrative medicine. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary clinical team. Strong patient-centered approach and commitment to confidentiality and professional ethics.

Preferred:

Functional Medicine certification or active pursuit of certification. At least 1 year of experience or training in functional/integrative medicine. Experience with chronic illness, therapeutic diets, gut health, metabolic health, or lab interpretation. The right candidate is someone who is compassionate, curious, organized, comfortable working with complex cases, and eager to continue learning under experienced functional medicine practitioners.
