PRN | Days Shifts | Multiple Scheduling Options How you'll make an impact in this role: Provide medical nutrition therapy and evaluates effectiveness of treatments. Assess patients for nutritional status. Provide interventions/treatments including diet therapy, counseling or specialized nutrition supplements. Collaborate with physicians, nursing and ancillary services such as speech pathology or physical therapy. Monitor tolerance and effectiveness of nutritional regimen and recommend therapy adjustments as necessary. Provide medical nutrition therapy and evaluate effectiveness of treatments. Provide nutrition information for the community that may include public speaking, news releases and other forms of publications. Research and take initiatives to resolve nutrition care related complaints and problems. Assist in monitoring meals including intake, diet compliance and tray accuracy. Registration:
Dietitian/Nutritionist credentialed from the Commission on Dietetic Registration obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
