Clinical Dietitian (Registered Dietitian) Truebooks Staffing Harlingen, TX Job Details Full-time $27 - $37 an hour 4 days ago Qualifications Dietetics Registered Dietitian Full Job Description Asses the nutritional status of patients and formulate individualized nutrition care plans Coordinate implementation of care plans and evaluate their impact and effectiveness Provide nutrition education to patients and their families Approve nutritional supplements as appropriate Assist in the development of a hospital formulary appropriate to the patient population May oversee diet clerks and dietetic technicians Education, experience & training Clinical Dietitian About the role We are seeking a Registered Dietitian to join a hospital's Food and Nutrition Services team. This individual plays a key role in supporting patient care- assessing nutritional status, formulating and coordinating care plans, and providing nutrition education to patients and their families. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about improving patient outcomes through sound clinical nutrition. What you'll do Registered Dietitian (RD) required (CMS requirement) One year of healthcare experience desirable Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high volume environment
