What You'll Do:
Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop individualized nutrition care plans. Provide medical nutrition therapy to improve patient health and quality of life through the power of Food as Medicine . Monitor patients' nutritional status and recommend appropriate interventions. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Provide nutrition education to patients, families, and facility staff.
