Dietitian - Per Diem - South Ogden, Utah, Northern Utah Rehabilitation Hospital in South Ogden, Utah provides specialized inpatient rehabilitation for patients in Ogden, Weber County, and surrounding areas of northern Utah. Our hospital is dedicated to guiding individuals through recovery from strokes, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic injuries, and other complex medical conditions that require intensive therapy. We offer a full range of rehabilitative services - including advanced physical therapy, neurological rehabilitation, orthopedic rehab, and more - delivered by a compassionate team of therapists, nurses, and physicians. Our hospital also features disease-specific rehabilitation programs, including Joint Commission Certified programs for Stroke and Parkinson's Disease, as well as a comprehensive Amputation Program, designed to help patients achieve optimal outcomes through specialized care and training.
