Job Description

Pine Ridge Post Acute is looking for a caring and motivated Registered Dietitian to join our team on a part-time basis! If you're passionate about helping people feel their best through good nutrition and enjoy working as part of a team, we'd love to meet you! $34-$48 per hour Part-Time What You'll Do As our Registered Dietitian, you'll play an important role in supporting the health and well-being of our residents.
You'll:
Complete nutritional assessments and develop individualized nutrition interventions. Monitor residents' nutritional status and progress. Complete required nutrition, MDS, and assessment documentation in a timely manner. Work closely with nursing, dietary, and other members of the interdisciplinary team. Help ensure meals meet residents' therapeutic needs and food preferences. Participate in quality improvement activities, including meal quality and sanitation evaluations. Provide nutrition education and support to residents, families, and staff. Complete monthly reports, recommendations, audits, and weight-loss tracking. Participate in meetings and collaborate with the care team to provide excellent resident-centered care. Help create a dignified, caring, and positive environment for our residents and their families. What We're Looking For Active Registered Dietitian registration through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Current state-required certification/licensure. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team. Computer skills and the ability to maintain accurate documentation. Two years of long-term care experience preferred , but not required. Why Join Us?
