Job Description

Selected candidate will provide management/supervision of Residential facility housing. Position requires staffing, completion and maintaining of staff schedules, MD appts, reviewing data, training of newly hired staff, and monitoring of staff productivity and overall job performance. Position will oversee all aspects of the home to include direct client care, client transportation, food and supply purchasing, and housekeeping. Other duties will include supervising the staff who provide care and services such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, personal care, medication administration, and transporting. This position will be discussed in more depth during the interview.
Requirements:
Flexibility and a great attitude required. A high school diploma/GED (or transcripts). At least (3) years group home. A current/valid non-expired driver's license. This position requires driving; you must be a minimum age of 21 and have an insurable driving record. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge and use of computer software and programs, such as the ability to demonstrate computer skills in Word, Excel, Google Calender, Zoom, Teams, and type 40+ wpm. MAC (Medication Assistant Certified) training.
Orientation / Training
is required for employment. CPR Position requires experience in the Group Home Setting.
Pay:
$28,000.00 - $33,000.00 per year
