Job Description
•This position is located in Florence, AL•You will be accountable for designing and implementing innovative programs, improving patient outcomes, and ensuring high-quality, cost-effective care across the continuum. As the Director, you will collaborate with providers, staff, and leadership to elevate clinical performance and patient experience. Serve as the accountable leader for all aspects of Emergency Services. Drive continuous improvement in outcomes, cost of care, and patient satisfaction. Partner with quality leadership to ensure compliance with accreditation standards and advance toward becoming a highly reliable organization. Collaborate with other service line leaders, facility leadership, and system executives to provide consistent, patient-centered care. Support provider and staff recruitment, retention, and engagement. Demonstrate values through inspirational leadership and a commitment to patient-centered outcomes.
