Respected, mission-driven retirement community Stable leadership team and supportive culture Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits Generous paid time off Retirement plan with employer contribution Professional development opportunities Opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day What You'll Do Provide strategic and operational leadership for all nursing services Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of nurses and nursing assistants Ensure exceptional resident-centered care and clinical outcomes Maintain compliance with state, federal, and CMS regulations Oversee staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management Lead quality improvement, infection prevention, and survey readiness initiatives Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and compassion What We're Looking For Current Arkansas RN license Minimum 5 years of nursing leadership experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or senior living Demonstrated successful leadership skills with a proven ability to build, develop, motivate, and retain high-performing teams Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey processes, and quality standards Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities Experience managing staffing, budgets, and clinical operations Preferred Qualifications BSN required; MSN preferred Previous Director of Nursing experience Long-Term Care or Nursing Administration certification would be a bonus Experience with electronic health records and quality reporting systems Join Our Team If you are a servant leader who is passionate about clinical excellence, team development, and enriching the lives of older adults, we invite you to apply today.
