As an Assistant Director of Nursing (RN), you will play a critical role in our mission to provide exceptional care and service to our residents. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate leader to join our team and take our nursing department to the next level.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff, including the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and training programs Collaborate with the Medical Director and other members of the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes Conduct performance evaluations, identify areas for improvement, and provide coaching and training to nursing staff Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare partners Identify and implement process improvements to optimize patient flow, reduce readmissions, and enhance the overall quality of care
Requirements:
