Someone Who Can:

Lead and support the nursing team Oversee resident care and daily clinical operations Recruit, train, and retain quality nursing staff Maintain survey readiness and regulatory compliance Manage quality assurance and infection-prevention programs Work closely with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team Promote accountability, teamwork, and resident-centered care Qualifications Active Arizona RN license or ability to obtain one Skilled nursing leadership experience required Previous DON experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of skilled nursing regulations Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, performance incentives, and a supportive leadership environment.
