$125,000-$185,000/year Position Summary Seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to lead nursing operations in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). The DON will oversee clinical care, staffing, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and team development while ensuring excellent resident outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage daily nursing operations and resident care services. Develop staffing plans, schedules, assignments, and ensure 24/7 nursing coverage. Hire, train, supervise, evaluate, and develop nursing staff. Ensure compliance with federal and California regulations and survey-readiness standards. Oversee quality assurance, restorative care, and clinical programs. Collaborate with physicians, therapy, hospice, home health, and other interdisciplinary partners. Monitor resident outcomes, satisfaction, safety, and quality of care. Promote a positive, team-oriented, and resident-centered work environment. Manage nursing resources, budgets, and operational priorities. preferred; advanced degree is a plus. Strong leadership, communication, staff development, and problem-solving skills. Experience with regulatory compliance, surveys, and quality assurance.
