You will:
Drive nursing strategy, quality, and operational excellence Mentor and develop nursing leaders and frontline teams Ensure compliance with The Joint Commission (TJC), CMS, and state regulatory standards Oversee staffing models, budgets, and workforce planning Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Monitor patient outcomes and lead continuous quality improvement initiatives Influence executive decisions and support long‑term strategic planning How We'll Support You Pacific Grove Hospital combines the strength of a national organization with the agility of a community‑focused hospital. You'll be supported by: A collaborative local executive leadership team Corporate nursing leadership for mentorship and best practices Dedicated recruiting support to build and stabilize your nursing workforce Active RN license (California or eligible for reciprocity) Proven nursing leadership experience (CNO, DON, or equivalent) Behavioral health nursing experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting BSN required; MSN or specialty certification preferred Strong strategic, operational, and interpersonal skills 6+ years of RN experience (10+ preferred) 3+ years of progressive nursing leadership 2+ years of inpatient behavioral health RN experience
Salary Range:
$138,000
