Job Description
工作内容： 1.学习海外仓日常运营流程，协助保障收货、入库、拣货、发货、退货环节高效运作 2.协助优化仓库布局与流程，提高库存周转与作业效率 3.参与异常问题处理，如缺货、SN错误、上架延迟、面单异常 4.在指导下协助一线人员管理，包括出勤、效率、质量、5S与安全 5.协助开展基础培训（SAP系统、PDA设备、安全等），支持人员技能提升 6.参与流程优化项目，推动自动化及作业改进 7.与IT、人事、行政部门协作，保障业务资源匹配 8. 参与数据分析、人效统计与操作表现评估。 要求： 1． 熟练运用办公软件，Excel，word, outlook；能快速掌握仓储系统（SAP) 2．抗压能力强，适应快节奏仓库工作，有需要的情况下接受轮岗、加班安排 3． 优秀的时间管理能力，能同时处理多项任务； 4．有仓储、物流相关实习或项目经验者优先。 5． 本科以上学历，中英沟通良好，能深入与一线员工协作
