Responsibilities Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and resident's rights. Manage nursing staff, providing guidance and support in patient care and administration. Maintain accurate patient records using EHR systems and ensure proper documentation of care provided. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans for residents. Ensure CPR certification and RN licensure are current among nursing staff.
