Role:
Join Capital Home Health Care Inc as our Director of Nursing, where you will play a vital role in shaping the quality of care we provide to our patients. This leadership position offers the chance to make a significant impact in a compassionate and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care. Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in line with best practices. Conduct regular assessments of patient care plans and outcomes. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations in home health care. Provide training and mentorship to nursing staff to enhance skills and knowledge. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care strategies. Monitor and manage nursing budgets and resource allocation. Act as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers.
Requirements:
Current RN license in the state of Colorado. Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of home health care regulations and standards. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage and mentor nursing staff effectively. Experience with patient care assessments and care plan development. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to patient-centered care.
