Responsibilities:

Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) in managing daily nursing operation Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to nursing staff Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations Oversee and implement effective nursing policies and procedures Monitor resident care to ensure quality, safety, and dignity Assist with staff training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary action Be willing and able to work the floor as needed to support staff and residents

Qualifications:

✅ Active RN or LPN license in the state of Colorado (or compact license) ✅ Previous leadership experience required (ADON, Unit Manager, or similar role) ✅ Long-term care experience required (skilled nursing, rehab, or assisted living) ✅ Knowledge of wound care and best practices in skilled nursing settings ✅ Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations for skilled nursing facilities ✅ Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Apply Today!
