Director of Surgical Services jobs at the facility in Yuma, CO offer you the opportunity to lead Pre-op, Post-op, PACU, and Central Sterilization teams in a rural hospital setting. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field is required, and a Colorado RN license must be obtained within 90 days of hire. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. Experience in operating room nursing and at least 5 years of healthcare experience in surgical services, with 2 years in a leadership role, are recommended.
