Job Title:
Assistant Director of Nursing Services Job Summary:
We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Director of Nursing Services to join our team at Ingraham Manor Rehab and Nursing. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality nursing care to our residents. With your expertise and passion for nursing, you will assist the Director of Nursing in leading our skilled nursing facility (SNF) team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Director of Nursing in the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans for residents Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care Monitor and analyze clinical data to identify trends and areas for improvement Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for nursing staff Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards Provide on-call coverage every 6-8 weekends to ensure continuity of care
Requirements:
Current RN license Experience in a SNF setting preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Passion for delivering high-quality patient care and improving patient outcomes
