As a Vitality Living Director of Wellness , you will impact lives by: Directly supervise wellness staff with respect to recruiting, hiring, evaluating, training, counseling, etc. Complete Nursing Assessments, auxiliary evaluations of residents, and other required or requested evaluations Oversee establishment of new residents' care plans and physician orders and conduct plan reviews with families on a regular basis Monitor and audit MAR and eMAR and oversee the timely and accurate tracking of resident data Coordinate services with home health, hospice, and other agencies. Occasionally fulfill charge nurse duties in order to evaluate efficiencies, systems and resident care. Collaborate with the Executive and Sales Directors on coordinating move-ins. and more!
