Role:
As an Assistant Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for: Leading a team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies Developing and implementing nursing policies, procedures, and programs to improve patient outcomes and streamline workflows Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care Conducting performance evaluations , providing feedback, and coaching nursing staff to achieve their full potential Participating in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs to drive results and excellence
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (or equivalent experience) Current RN license , with Florida license required Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a registered nurse , preferably in a long term care setting Strong leadership and communication skills , with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills , with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
